The Hoover Platinum range is all about quality, power and usability, and today we are looking at the Hoover Platinum bagged upright vacuum, model number UH30010.
Now the thing that stands out about this vacuum for me is the fact it is light, really light at just 12lbs! If you’ve ever used a heavy vacuum cleaner then you know how much of a pain it is to try and heft it up the stairs or even pushing it around can be tough, but with the UH30010 then they have used fabric instead of solid plastic for the body, making it lighter and more durable as it won’t crack and scuff as you use it over the years.
As it is part of the Platinum collection then the head has their WindTunnel Technology which means it uses more suction channels in the head to make sure the dirt it picks up is sucked off the brush and doesn’t end up back on the floor! It really seems to work too as people praise this machine for how much dirt it does pick up.
Two other features you get with this Hoover Platinum bagged upright vacuum are a HEPA filter to help keep down the amount of allergens in your room (important nowadays) and because it has a bag then it has a feature to stop that puff of dirt coming out when you remove the bag, which is something that always drives me crazy on other models!
